D= Yeah. I love Dawn a lot (she reminds me SOOOO much of my best friend XD Which is probably why I like her so much) and May's my second favourite girl for Pokémon. =\ I don't know why they're disliked a lot either.

I don't even think a lot of people even tried to like them; I think too many of them thought that the series would suck because Misty was gone and kept that in the back of their mind while seeing the new series (or some didn't even try). XP And now you have the people whining about Misty not returning. *sighs*

The only four reasons I've heard for why people hate them were: They thought Dawn and/or May were annoying, bitchy, a crybaby, or that they replaced Misty. =\ I disagree with those reasons (and I think the last reason is just...stupid), but those the only ones I've seen.

...now that I think about it, you're right, some people never gave those poor girls a chance... Misty fans and AshMisty fans mostly... I keep seeing those petitions: "help rescue Misty's title as the main chara" or something along the lines... Grr. I actually was overjoyed when Misty was removed from the cast because I really, really dislike her. I even prefer Harley to her O.o'
And those four reasons... well, the only thing that comes to mind is that people are really good at attributing non-existent flaws to other people if they hate them... [and statisticaly speaking, Misty is more 'bitchy' than May & Dawn put together, she yelled at Ash in nearly every episode...]

Yep. D= Ugh, I've seen petitions for that. Makes me hate Misty. Honestly, the only reason why I can even stand Misty is because she reminds me of my younger sister.
