Stuff... I feel so silly for writing it 
but I have no idea how else to call this blue thing Joker is wearing... In my native tongue it's called 'szelki', but the exact translation of this word is either 'braces' [English version] or 'suspenders' [American version]. I think you only use those words to describe the garment that humans wear, and the... gear... for cats has a different name, but I don't know what it is. Dictionary isn't helping
